Ann Frank

The Recording Academy (The GRAMMY Awards)
Sr. Manager, National Membership
Born and raised a Los Angeles native and more commonly known by her pen name, Annika
(uh-nee-kuh), Ann Frank pursued dreams of becoming an artist/songwriter in the early stages  of her music career. Blind ambition landed her an internship at Sony/ATV Music Publishing while studying music at Cal State Northridge. Shortly after, she secured a position at Sony Music Entertainment under the supervision of former SVP, Business Affairs, New Technology & Business Development, Scott Pascucci. Within a year, she was approached with an opportunity to work closely with Multi-Platinum writer/producer Anthony “Shep” Crawford (Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Kelly Price, Tamia, Deborah Cox) and Erica Grayson (MADE). Frank gained invaluable experience on the craft of songwriting, the art of production, the management of relationships, and the business of recording. Frank currently works as the Sr. Manager, National Membership for The Recording Academy, home to The GRAMMY Awards. She remains passionate about helping music industry professionals understand the benefits and importance of membership in The Academy and remains an active member of the creative music community.
